You're allowed to pause, to breathe, to release. To just be. Founded in June 2024 by Mariah Camille Matibag, also known as Mai. Mai Suite Serenity is more than a massage studio, it’s a sanctuary. With over a decade of hands-on experience in home visits, mobile massage, local studios and luxury spas, Mai has seen the industry from every angle. And while each setting offered something, none felt quite like home. So, she built one. A home for rest. A home for recovery. A home for serenity. Mai Suite Serenity was born from Mai’s deep belief in slow living, a quiet rebellion in a world that glorifies the hustle. Here, there's no toxic rush. No expectation to perform. Just a gentle return to presence, where your body is honored and your time is sacred. This space was designed for those in need of more than relaxation, it’s for those seeking relief. We totally understand that things come up, life can be unpredictable. All we ask is that you give us at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. That way, we can offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting to get in. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment (the day before) will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee, as there is little or no opportunity to fill in the time. New Clients: Please note that deposits are non-refundable if canceled within the 24-hour window and cannot be transferred to future appointments. Deposits will be refunded if the appointment is canceled more than 24 hours in advance. New Clients with Gift Cards & Certificates: If you are a new client using a gift card or a gift certificate, please be sure to book under the “Gift Card & Certificate Holders” when scheduling your appointment.
